The wine cellar, personally managed by Stefano, an AIS certified professional sommelier, offers a vast array of regional and Italian labels from small wine producers with an excellent price-quality ratio. He will be happy to help you choose the right wine based on the day’s menu while Paola, the chef, will gladly share her family recipes with you.
