GENERAL CONDITIONS
Booking:
We consider a reservation to be definite once we have received confirmation by e-mail: info@lapalazzettadelvescovo.it
As a guarantee for the reservation we require credit card details or alternatively a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay payable by bank transfer (bank charges to be paid by the person making the reservation).
Payments method:
Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bank transfer.
Cancellation policy:
If cancellation is received within 21 days of the established arrival date, the cancellation is without penalty. In case of cancellations received between 20 days and 8 days of the set arrival date, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total stay. For no-shows or cancellations not notified within 7 days of the arrival date, we will charge the full amount of the stay. In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to the amount of the lost day.
Check in time: 3:00 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. After this time please notify us in advance of your estimated arrival time.
Check out time: by 11 a.m. In case of late check-out, we reserve the right to charge the amount of one day’s stay.
